These programs are available for all business or property owners located within SSA #38, which the Northcenter Chamber is the service provider of.

  • Facade Rebate Program

    The goal of this program is to assist property owners and tenants within SSA #38 in making improvements that enhance the appearance of properties from the public right-of-way.

    The goal of this program is to enhance SSA #38's security by incentivizing property owners and tenants who have upgraded security cameras, exterior lighting, or secured windows or entry.

    The goal of this program is to help property owners and tenants within SSA #38 remove, repair, or prevent graffiti on their building facades visible from the public right-of-way.

    The goal of this program is to increase vibrancy and add pops of color and joy to our business district. By placing art directly into the public sphere, the program will capture attention, attract foot traffic, and create a sense of place within Northcenter.
